At the outset, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, Department of Commerce of Jiangxi province and relevant organizers for inviting me to attend the opening ceremony of 2022 Jiangxi Export Online Fair. And it is my great honor to give remarks at this important event. Jiangxi holds this fair with a special innovative way, which provides a platform for exchanges and cooperation between entrepreneurs of Cambodia and Jiangxi.

Solidarity and cooperation are the best way to have getting win-win results. Now, let me say a bit regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. At the early outbreak of COVID-19, Cambodia and China had worked together to help and support each other to fight against the pandemic for the health and life of people. On 05 February 2020, my Prime Minister Hun Sen visited Beijing, which fully demonstrated that we shared weal and woes with the Chinese Government during the difficult period. China’s success to fight against the pandemic and China’s attentiveness for the world’s safety is a good model, which China can help share its experiences and utilization of advanced technology for the region and globe how to prevent and control the infectious diseases and the pandemic. Taking this opportunity, on behalf of the government and people of Cambodia, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the government and people of China for assisting Cambodia to combat against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the 2022 Jiangxi Export Online Fair today, I hope that this fair could promote trade exchanges and strengthen commercial communications and cooperation between Cambodia and Jiangxi. Moreover, this fair could also build a platform of exchanges between Cambodian entrepreneurs and Jiangxi enterprises, so that Cambodian entrepreneurs can deeply understand and purchase more Jiangxi brand products. With focusing on global harmonious development and respecting multiple cultures to enhance wide range of commercial communications and technical innovation to seek win-win relationship, we will vigorously support and actively promote the fair. I hope we can work together to cope with the difficult time that has been affected by the global epidemic, turn crisis into opportunity, achieve coordinated economic development of the two countries, and meet challenges together. Taking this opportunity, I wish to invite the team of vice governor Yin and director Xie to visit Cambodia to further promote cooperation and exchanges between Cambodia and Jiangxi.
On 29 November 2013, Siem Reap province and Jiangxi signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation. Since then, they have made constant mutual visits and fruitful exchanges and cooperation in culture, education, tourism, health, etc. In May 2019, Siem Reap province, as a sister city, attended the 11th Expo Central China. Taking this occasion, I would like to request Jiangxi province for continuing to maintain cooperation with Siem Reap province in sectors of tourism, culture, agriculture, trade and investment, especially enhancing people-to-people connectivity. What’s more, under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, I would like to notice that the relations between Cambodia and China have been continuing to be stronger and stronger. The two countries have also been strengthening practical cooperation and achieving fruitful achievements in the fields of economy & trade, cultural exchanges, tourism, education and technology.

Trade relations between Cambodia and China have a strong growth momentum, even the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the volume of the trade exchanges between both sides reached $11.11 billion. Furthermore, on the second quarter of the year 2022, the volume of trade exchanges between Cambodia and China has touched $5.98 billion.
Jiangxi Province in which is not only a part of Belt and Road Initiative’s development plan in China, but also an important gateway of economic connectivity toward ASEAN. What’s more, China has become an important trade partner of Cambodia and has maintained good cooperation and exchanges with Jiangxi Province.

Moreover, during the virtual meeting in November 2021, my Prime Minister Hun Sen and Premier Li Keqiang congratulated and welcomed the executive program on Cultural Cooperation for 2021-2025 signed in June 2021, and underlined that this new cooperation program will further deepen the cultural cooperation between the two countries, especially enhancing people-to-people connectivity. The two leaders also agreed to promote cooperation in tourism and education. In this regard, I hope that Jiangxi Provincial Government maintains to strengthen cooperation on cultural exchange activities with Siem Reap province.

下午好！
首先，我要对江西省人民政府、江西省商务厅和相关主办方邀请我出席2022年江西出口网上交易会开幕式表示诚挚的感谢。我很荣幸在这个重要的活动上发表讲话。江西以独特的创新方式举办本届博览会，为柬赣两国企业家交流合作提供了平台。
团结合作是实现双赢的最佳途径。现在，让我谈谈新冠肺炎大流行。在新冠肺炎早期爆发时，柬埔寨和中国共同努力，相互帮助和支持，为人民的健康和生命抗击疫情。2020年2月5日，我国总理洪森访问北京，充分表明我们在困难时期与中国政府同甘共苦。中国抗击疫情的成功以及中国对世界安全的关注是一个很好的典范，中国可以帮助该地区和全球分享其经验和先进技术的利用，以预防和控制传染病和疫情。借此机会，我谨代表柬埔寨政府和人民，衷心感谢中国政府和人民帮助柬埔寨抗击新冠肺炎疫情。
通过今天的2022年江西出口网上交易会，我希望这次交易会能够促进柬埔寨和江西之间的贸易交流，加强商业交流与合作。此外，本届博览会还可以为柬埔寨企业家和江西企业搭建交流平台，让柬埔寨企业家深入了解和购买更多江西品牌产品。我们将以全球和谐发展为重点，尊重多元文化，促进广泛的商业交流和技术创新，寻求双赢关系，大力支持和积极推动进博会。我希望我们能够携手应对受全球疫情影响的艰难时刻，化危为机，实现两国经济协调发展，共同应对挑战。借此机会，我想邀请尹副省长和谢局长的团队访问柬埔寨，进一步促进柬赣两国的合作与交流。
2013年11月29日，暹粒省和江西省签署了一份谅解备忘录，以加强合作。此后，他们不断互访，在文化、教育、旅游、卫生等方面进行了富有成效的交流与合作。2019年5月，暹粒省作为友好城市出席了第十一届中国中部博览会。借此机会，我想请求江西省继续与暹粒省在旅游、文化、农业、贸易和投资等领域保持合作，特别是加强人文交流。更重要的是，在“一带一路”倡议倡议的背景下，我要注意到，柬中关系不断发展壮大。两国还加强了务实合作，在经贸、文化交流、旅游、教育和科技等领域取得了丰硕成果。
柬埔寨和中国之间的贸易关系有着强劲的增长势头，甚至包括新冠肺炎疫情。2021，双方贸易额达到111.1亿美元。此外，2022年第二季度，柬埔寨与中国之间的贸易往来额达到59.8亿美元。
江西省是中国“一带一路”倡议发展规划的一部分，也是通往东盟经济互联互通的重要门户。此外，中国已成为柬埔寨重要的贸易伙伴，与江西省保持着良好的合作与交流。
此外，在2021 11月的虚拟会晤中，我国总理洪森和国务院总理李克强对2021 6月签署的《2021至2025年文化合作执行纲要》表示祝贺和欢迎，并强调这一新的合作纲要将进一步深化两国文化合作，特别是加强人文互联互通。两位领导人还同意促进旅游和教育领域的合作。在这方面，我希望江西省政府继续加强与暹粒省的文化交流活动合作。
女士们、先生们：自1958年建交以来，我们一直是好朋友、亲密伙伴和志同道合的兄弟。我坚信，“2022江西出口网上交易会”不仅将促进贸易和经济合作，而且将在增进文化和人文交流方面发挥巨大作用。
我祝愿这次活动取得成功，祝大家好运、健康。
